A Buyers Market

I have been talking with people to find out why the market refuses to pick up, despite the fact that home prices are down considerable. And the answer I get over and over again is that "I'm waiting for the bottom of the market". What I try to explain to these people, is that you can not tell that you have hit the bottom of the market, until it has passed. So if you are one of the many people "waiting for the bottom of the market" get off the bench and get in the game before it passes you by.

The bottom line. If you are currently in a position to purchase, NOW IS the time to do so.
