Should I stay or should I go now?

Many homeowners are wondering if now is a "good" time to sell there home and relocate for whatever reason. There hesitation comes from the fact that there home value is down, and that it is currently a buyer's market, but there are a few factors they are forgetting. If you are selling and buying in the same market, the price of your home will increase in value at the same time and rate the home you are thinking of purchasing will. And once your home is sold, YOU will be the buyer in the buyer's market.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The bottom Line is there is never a bad "time" to sell and buy a home in the same market area, just bad "reasons".
